Removing the 'dis' from disability

September 19, 2017

It sounds such a simple thing, delete the 'dis' and you have 'ability' - much harder to do in real life though. The first step is to remove the barriers and that is what I hope our continuing Limbs4All donations to the S.I.R.C. do.

We have just committed to over $20,000 USD to ensuring the spinal patients, a significant number from the 2015 Nepal earthquake, have one less hurdle. We are providing at least 50 new rough terrain wheelchairs to enable people to get back out into their communities, back to their families.
